Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver in Dhanmondi and Kalabagan, Dhaka. We are serving one area properly before adding another — a delivery promise you can keep in one neighbourhood is worth more than a map of the whole country you cannot serve. If you are outside it, you can join the waitlist and we will tell you when we reach you.
How do I order medicine with a prescription?
Photograph your prescription in the Sastho Setu app. Every medicine line is read and matched against the national medicine register, then our team checks it before your order is sourced. If something does not match, we call you.
Can I order without a prescription?
Some medicines can be bought without one, and you can search for those directly in the app. Anything that requires a prescription needs the prescription — we will not dispatch it otherwise.
How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate, plus a small service charge on your medicine total. The current rates are shown in the app before you confirm your order.
Is medicine cheaper on Sastho Setu?
No. Medicine is sold at the Maximum Retail Price set under DGDA guidelines. We do not charge above it, and neither can anyone else. What we offer is the check before it ships, not a discount.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the rider when your medicine arrives.
When can I place an order?
You can send a prescription at any hour. Our team sources medicine from 10 in the morning, so anything sent overnight is handled when they start and we message you with the price.
Who sees my prescription?
Only the Sastho Setu team handling your order. Your prescription and your order history are not shared with anyone else, and are not sold. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what is kept and for how long.
What if the medicine is wrong, damaged, or missing?
Call us on the number on our contact page. If we got it wrong we replace it.
Can I order for my parents or another family member?
Yes. You can add family members in the app and order against their prescriptions from your own account.
Is there an app?
Sastho Setu runs in your phone's browser today, and can be added to your home screen. An Android app is on the way.
