CareOS runs your facility’s day. Free to start.

The front desk, the wards, the laboratory and the billing of a Bangladeshi hospital or clinic. Every patient, every test, every taka — in one place, on the phone your staff already carry. No server to buy and nothing to install.

Applications are checked by hand. We call the number you give us.

CareOS Basic is free. Forever.

No subscription, no expiry, and no mechanism for us to take it away. It is not a trial and it does not become paid after a year.

  • Your facility profile and your staff
  • Registering patients
  • Outpatient visits and the day’s queue
  • Appointments, including from your own website
  • Prescriptions that reach the patient’s phone
  • Consent, and the patient’s own record
  • The shared national medicine catalogue
  • Your own public page

A clinic can run its whole outpatient day on this and pay nothing. Everything you can add sits on top of something that already works.

A patient, from the door to the gate

The same order it happens in now — recorded once, so nobody writes a name twice.

  1. They arrive and are registered

Name, age, number. If they have been before, the desk finds them instead of writing them down a second time.

  2. They wait in a queue somebody can see

The day’s outpatient list, by department, with who is waiting and who has been called through — on a screen instead of in somebody’s head.

  3. The doctor sees them and it is written down once

Symptoms, observations, diagnosis and plan, recorded against that patient. The prescription reaches their phone.

  4. They are admitted, or they go home

If they are admitted: a ward, a bed, rounds and vitals, and a discharge summary at the end of it. If they go home, the record is already complete.

  5. The money is counted, not guessed

Charges as they happen, an invoice, part-payments and advances, and a daily close that says what should be in the drawer.

What you can add today

Four modules, bought only when the facility needs them. A module that lapses keeps its screens readable during a grace period, so a late payment never costs you access to records you already made.

Billing

Price list, charges, invoices, payments, advances and the daily close.

Inpatient

Admission, wards and beds, transfers, rounds, nursing notes, vitals, discharge.

Laboratory

Test ordering, sample tracking and results against reference ranges.

Hospital pharmacy

The ward trolley and the counter, with stock, batch numbers and expiry.

The record belongs to the patient

It follows them

A patient treated at your facility and then somewhere else does not start again from a blank page. Their record goes with them, and theirs arrives with them.

Only with consent

Another facility reads it only where the patient has recorded consent. Emergency access works without consent and writes down who looked, at what, and why.

Enforced in the database

Every privileged action checks the caller’s own permission before it runs, so a modified app cannot grant itself anything it was not given.

Questions owners ask

How much does CareOS cost?
CareOS Basic is free, with no subscription and no expiry. A clinic can run its entire outpatient day on it and pay nothing: registering patients, the day’s queue, appointments, prescriptions, consent and the patient record. Billing, inpatient, laboratory and hospital pharmacy are paid modules you add only if you need them.
What happens to our records if we stop paying for a module?
A module that lapses does not slam shut. Its screens keep working for reading during a grace period, so a late payment never costs you access to records you have already made. Nothing you entered is deleted or held back.
Do we need to install anything, or buy servers?
No. CareOS runs in a web browser, including on the phone your reception staff already have. There is no server to buy, no machine in the back office to maintain, and no installation visit.
Is it in Bangla?
Yes. CareOS works in Bangla and English, and a member of staff can switch between them.
Can another hospital see our patients’ records?
Only with the patient’s recorded consent. A patient’s record belongs to the patient, not to the facility that created it. Emergency access works without consent and writes an entry naming who looked, at what, and why — so it is available when it is needed and never silent.
How do we sign up?
Register your facility on CareOS. Applications are checked by hand and we call the number you give us — we do not open an account for a hospital we have not spoken to.

Start with your front desk.

Register the facility, and run one morning’s outpatient list through it before you decide anything else.
