• Account data (Name, Email, Phone Number, NID)
• Authentication data (Google OAuth identifiers)
• Health and Prescription data explicitly provided during consultations or pharmacy fulfillment

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Sastho Setu platform.
• Process your prescriptions and coordinate delivery with pharmacies and riders.
• Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• Create and maintain your unified Identity Graph across our ecosystem.

3. Data Sharing and Security

Your data is strictly segregated. Pharmacies and Doctors only see the information explicitly required to fulfill your active prescription. We utilize enterprise-grade Supabase security, Row-Level Security (RLS), and encrypted transit (HTTPS) to ensure your medical data remains entirely private. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Authentication

When you choose to securely log into Sastho Setu via third-party providers (such as Google), we only request access to your basic profile information (Email Address and Name). This data is strictly used to authenticate your identity securely and link you to your medical profile. We never share this data.
