What CareOS includes
CareOS Basic is free. Forever.
Every hospital and clinic on Sastho Setu gets Basic with no subscription, no expiry and no way for us to take it away. It is not a trial.

A clinic can run its whole outpatient day on Basic and pay nothing. Everything below sits on top of something that already works.
What you can add today
Billing
Price list, charges as they happen, invoices, payments, advance deposits, and the daily close that says what should be in the drawer.
Inpatient
Admission, wards, beds, bed transfers, ward rounds, nursing notes, vitals and the discharge summary.
Laboratory
Test ordering, sample tracking, results against reference ranges.
Hospital pharmacy
The ward trolley and the counter, with stock, batch numbers and expiry.
A module that lapses does not slam shut. There is a grace period in which its screens keep working for reading, so a late payment never costs you access to records you have already made.

These are designed and specified, and the screens do not exist yet. We list them so you can plan, and so nobody sells you one by accident.
