By accessing or using the Sastho Setu platform (including PatientOS, DoctorOS, PharmaOS, and RiderOS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
Sastho Setu serves as a national-scale digital health infrastructure mapping patients, doctors, pharmacies, and fulfillment riders. We do not directly provide medical advice. All consultations and medical decisions are strictly between the registered Patient and the licensed Medical Professional.
To use Sastho Setu, you must register for an account using a valid Bangladesh Mobile Number, NID, or Google Account. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. If you have used more than one phone number, NID or email with us, we match them together so your medical history stays in one record instead of being split across several. We may not always match them correctly, and you can ask us to correct or separate your records at any time.
Any attempt to get around the access limits set for your role, to submit fake prescriptions, or to deliberately misuse our record matching to gain access to someone else's records will result in immediate account termination. Doctors, Pharmacies, and Riders are subject to strict location and identity verification checks.
Sastho Setu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the services. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific medication at tied pharmacies.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform UI.
